National Alliance for Musical Theatre Betsy King Militello, Executive Director hasannounced the full cast for the 28th Annual FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS. The Festival will take place on Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28, 2016 at New World Stages 340 West 50th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues.
