Lupita Nyong'o earned a Tony nomination earlier this year for her Broadway debut in Eclipsed, but seven investors will never see her star in another Broadway play that they they were recently conned into funding. According to Metro, Roland Scahill, who owns production company RMS2 Productions, has been indicted for stealing 165K from investors who thought he was producing a new play about opera star Kathleen Battle.
