Elsie Fest is back On September 5 1PM, thousands of Broadway's biggest fans will gather at the Ford Ampitheatre Coney Island Boardwalk for what's been called the Coachella of show tunes - the second annual Great Elsie Fest, a day-long music festival celebrating songs from the stage and screen.
