The American Theatre Wing and The Village Voice have announced that legendary actordancerchoreographer Carmen de Lavallade and renowned playwright A.R. Gurney will each receive a special Obie Award for Lifetime Achievement at the 61st Annual Obie Awards, which will be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Webster Hall 125 East 11th Street.
