Joe DiPietro and David Bryan's The Toxic Avenger, a stage musical version of the 1984 film of the same name that was first seen at George Street Playhouse in New Jersey in 2008 prior to an Off-Broadway run at New World Stages in 2009, is to receive its U.K. premiere, beginning performance at London's Southwark Playhouse April 22 prior to an official opening April 26, for a run through May 21.
