Casting and full dates have been announced for a slew of new National Theatre productions, including the London transfer of Annie Baker's The Flick, new productions of Brecht\/Weill's The Threepenny Opera, Rattigan's The Deep Blue Sea and Sean O'Casey's The Plough and the Stars.
