The national tour of "Once " The Musical" has already played Connecticut twice. But when the show returns to the Shubert in New Haven, from Thursday through Sunday, Jan. 28 to 31, it will have a different cast than it did in 2014 and 2015, when it played the Shubert and the Bushnell, respectively....
