In the wake of David Bowie's death, the music icon's producer has confirmed that his final album, "Blackstar" – featuring music from the Off-Broadway musical Lazarus – was intended as a "parting gift" in his planned finale. Hauntingly, the title song from Lazarus opens with the lyrics, "Look up here, I'm in heaven."
