New York Theatre Workshop has announced that beginning Dec. 28, theatregoers will be able to enter a mobile lottery for the chance to win $25 tickets to see David Bowie and Enda Walsh's musical Lazarus. The TodayTix program replaces the previously announced in-person lottery initiative.
