"Dexter" and Hedwig star Michael C. Hall made an appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" Dec. 17 to perform the title track from the new Off-Broadway musical Lazarus, a collaboration between Tony-winning playwright Enda Walsh and David Bowie.
