Tony-Winning Playwright David Henry Hwang Victim of Street Attack by Robert Viagas

David Henry Hwang, whose M. Butterfly won the 1988 Tony Award for Best Play, is recovering after an apparently random slashing attack near his home in Fort Green, Brooklyn.
