"Impractical Jokers" comedian Brian ‘Q’ Quinn is set to make a celebrity guest appearance in the Off-Broadway revival of 39 Steps Dec. 4. The Tony Award-nominated comedy, which began previews last April at the Union Square Theatre, will end its run there Jan. 3, 2016.
