Performances begin Off-Broadway Nov. 18 for the world-premiere production of Lazarus, by Tony-winning playwright Enda Walsh (Once) with music by David Bowie. The cast includes "Dexter" and Hedwig star Michael C. Hall, Cristin Milioti (Once) and The Last Ship's Michael Esper.
