First Lady Michelle Obama will recognize New York-based organization Rosie's Theater Kids Nov. 17 for its youth development initiatives. RTKids' scholarship program will be among the recipients of the 2015 National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award, one of the nation's highest honors.
