In preparation for the Dec. 3 NBC broadcast of The Wiz Live!, 18-year-old Shanice Williams has been rehearsing the lead role of Dorothy in a New York studio. She's had some special help: Stephanie Mills, the original 1975 Broadway Dorothy, who plays Aunt Em in this version.
