Tony and Golden Globe nominee Tammy Blanchard has never been shy about her love of Judy Garland, a devotion that began in childhood. Blanchard, who won an Emmy portraying Garland in the TV miniseries "Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows," sat down with the Playbill questionnaire and tells us what she would do on the perfect date with her idol.
