Dominique Morisseau's "Sunset Baby," part of the award-winning playwright's three-play Detroit cycle, earned high praise from New York Times critic Ben Brantley in its 2013 NYC debut, when he wrote it was a "smart and bracing new play about two generations of urban outlaws struggling to stay afloat in the lower depths."
