Northlight Theatre, an Illinois theatre company, is slated to reveal its plans to move back to Evanston, where it was founded in 1974 by Greg Kandel, Mike Nussbaum and Frank Galati, at an Evanston City Council meeting Oct. 19. The company is currently based in Skokie, IL.
