Tickets went on sale at noon Oct. 7 for the world-premiere production of Lazarus, by Tony-winning playwright Enda Walsh (Once) with music by David Bowie, and sold out within a few hours. Performances begin Nov. 18 at Off-Broadway's New York Theatre Workshop.
