In a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 6, Off-Broadway theatre St. Ann's Warehouse revealed its new home in an iconic pre-civil war tobacco warehouse under the Brooklyn Bridge: a $31.6 million, 25,000-square-foot theatre.
