Ham4Ham, the impromptu concerts that happen periodically on the front steps of the Richard Rodgers Theatre where Hamilton is playing, took a step up at the Sept. 2 matinee when Keli O'Hara, currently starring in The King and I, joined Miranda for an unlikely medley.
