Playwrights Horizons kicks off performances of the the New York premiere of Lucas Hnath's The Christians, which received praised at last year's Humana Festival where it featured a full choir, Aug. 28. The Off-Broadway production similarly features a 20-person choir as well as a handful of Broadway vets.
