The Tony-winning Broadway musical Spring Awakening, the soulful coming of age story by Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik that sent shockwaves across Broadway in 2006, appears headed for a Broadway revival, according to a casting notice published on the Actors Equity website. The staging is based on the Deaf West Theatre production that incorporates hearing and non-hearing actors.
