Michael C. Hall, star of TV's "Dexter" and a recent replacement as star of Broadway's Hedwig and the Angry Inch, has been chosen to star in this fall's world premiere of Lazarus by music legend David Bowie and Tony-winning playwright Enda Walsh (Once).
