Parade the Circle brings in artists from around the world: Brazil, Puerto Rico, New York, Trinidad and Tobago ... But some of the most creative artists participating can be found right here in Cleveland. Several of them got together on a recent Thursday night, in a CMHA housing project on the near West Side.
