59E59 Theaters have announced the line-up for their 9th annual Summer Shorts festival, a series of short new plays by leading playwrights Neil LaBute (Reasons to be Pretty), Matthew Lopez (The Whipping Man), Vickie Ramirez (Smoke, Ashes), Robert O'Hara (BootyCandy), Stella Fawn Ragsdale (Perish) and Lucy Thurber (The Insurgents).
