Jill Santoriello, whose musical version of A Tale of Two Cities is currently receiving a full scale-production in Wichita, TX, is also at work on a new musical about the life of X-ray technician Carl Tanzler's odd love story with a Cuban patient named Elena Hoyos, according to Adweek.com.
