Off-Broadway's Second Stage Theatre has announced complete casting for its world premiere production of Whorl Inside a Loop, a new play by Dick Scanlan and Sherie Rene Scott, co-directed by Michael Mayer and Scanlan — the creative team behind the Tony-nominated Everyday Rapture.
