The fifth annual Shakespeare's Birthday Sonnet Slam is held in New York's Central Park April 24, featuring more than 150 volunteers performing all 154 of Shakespeare's sonnets in numerical order. Noted participants slated for this year include Richard Thomas, Patrick Page, Vivienne Benesch, Peter Francis James and British Deputy Consul General Nick Astbury.
