Alan Finch, who as previously announced is to step down from his current post as Executive Director at Chichester Festival Theatre after the 2016 season, is to join Cameron Mackintosh Ltd as Co-Managing Director with the company's chief executive Nick Allott. He will join in the fall of 2016.
