Emmy winner and Tony nominee Alec Baldwin ("30 Rock," A Streetcar Named Desire) is set to be the star of a new untitled Universal Television and HBO series, as reported by Deadline.com. Baldwin will reportedly play a billionaire real estate developer who is unexpectedly thrust into the role of New York City's Mayor.
