The National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene has announced that Montreal resident Ben Gonshor is the winner of the first-ever International Jewish Playwriting Competition: The David and Clare Rosen Memorial Play Contest. Gonshor's winning play is a historical drama about unlikely relationships forged in the aftermath of WWII.
