Lend Me a Tenor - the Musical, based on Ken Ludwig’s play, will shutter at the West End’s Gielgud Theatre Aug. 6. The show, which originally opened June 15 following previews from June 2, was originally booking through Nov. 19, when its run was due to end owing to the fact that the theatre was already booked for The Ladykillers, a new play based on the film of the same name.
