Elaine Paige, the Olivier Award-winning British musical theatre star, who has appeared on New York stages in Sunset Boulevard, Sweeney Todd and Follies, kicks off her "farewell" concert tour in the U.K. Oct. 9 at St. David’s Hall in Cardiff.
