Tony nominee Andrew Rannells (The Book of Mormon, Jersey Boys), who will step into the title role of the Tony-winning Hedwig and the Angry Inch later this month, will be a guest on the Aug. 13 broadcast of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."
