Andrew Rannells will star in Hedwig and the Angry Inch after Tony winner Neil Patrick Harris exits the show Aug. 17. This isn't the Tony-nominated Book of Mormon star's first time in the wig. Here he is playing the role at Austin's Zachary Scott Theater Center in 2002!
