A merry-go-round of changing artistic directors is currently affecting some of London's leading fringe theatres, with Nicolas Kent, the Tricycle Theatre's long-serving artistic director announcing his intention to leave the award-winning Kilburn theatre after 27 years at the helm in March 2012.
