John Carney, the Dublin-based writer and director of the movie "Once" — which inspired the Tony Award-winning musical of the same name — will team up with U2's Bono and The Edge for "Sing Street," Carney's upcoming semi-autobiographical film, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
