Stage and screen actors David Strathairn, Sebastian Arcelus, Elizabeth Rodriguez and Carlos Valdes have landed television pilots, and actor Cory Michael Smith has signed on to star opposite Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara in the film "Carol."
