Tony Award nominee Tovah Feldshuh, who recently starred as Berthe in the Tony-winning revival of Pippin, will host Theatre Development Fund's (TDF) gala, celebrating the 35th season of TDF's Accessibility Programs (TAP), March 3 at The Edison Ballroom.
