The London world premiere of Tony Award-winning Spring Awakening composer Duncan Sheik and playwright Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's musical adaptation of the Bret Easton Ellis novel "American Psycho" has sold out its entire run at the London's Almeida Theatre.
