The five 2013 Kennedy Center Honorees — comprising opera singer Martina Arroyo; pianist, keyboardist, bandleader and composer Herbie Hancock; pianist, singer and songwriter Billy Joel; actress Shirley MacLaine; and musician and songwriter Carlos Santana — are saluted in a star-studded celebration on the Kennedy Center Opera House stage Dec. 8.
