Even more than most classic musicals, "Camelot" leans heavily on its leads to give robust, tender, soaring voice to its story. In fact, the ensemble for Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's saga doesn't sing its first song until it joins Queen Guenevere midway through the first act in the celebratory "In the Lusty Month of May."
