Martina Arroyo, Herbie Hancock, Billy Joel, Shirley MacLaine and Carlos Santana Are 2013 Kennedy Center Honorees by Andrew Gans

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts announced Sept. 12 the selection of the five individuals who will receive the 2013 Kennedy Center Honors.
