Rich Cotovsky, the veteran artistic director of the Mary-Arrchie Theatre Company on Chicago's North Side, is to receive a special Joseph Jefferson Award at the upcoming Non-Equity Jeffs award ceremony, the volunteer organization announced on its website early Tuesday.
