Stephen Wallem, the 6-foot-3-inch actor who plays the sweet-natured nurse Thor on TV's "Nurse Jackie," will moonlight as a cabaret singer on Jan. 21 at Birdland, singing the songs of Broadway's Stephen Schwartz.
