Theatre Development Fund has announced that its satellite TKTS discount booth in downtown Brooklyn, which was closed as a result of Hurricane Sandy, will reopen Nov. 6 at 11 AM; the booth at South Street Seaport will remain closed until further notice due to extensive water damage.
