From Here to Eternity, a new musical version of the 1951 novel that is best known for the multiple Oscar-winning film version of the same name made two years later, is to be staged at the West End's Shaftesbury Theatre. It will begin performances Sept. 30, 2013, prior to an official opening Oct. 23.
