Alan Wasser, Allan Williams, Aaron Lustbader and Mark Shacket announced Oct. 15 the formation of Foresight Theatrical LLC, a new company that will provide general management and executive-producing services for Broadway, Off-Broadway, touring theatrical productions and other live entertainment.
