The New Broadway Songbook, presented by Arts and Artists at St. Paul, will begin its 2012-13 season Sept. 24 with The Songs of Paul Scott Goodman in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.
